Alrighty, here's a tough one. Literacy. A word that sends chills down even your grannie's rubber dentures. Though we as a group only accept those who label themselves 'advancedly literate', we're surprisingly laid back about that.
The truth, is that we use that term to scare away iliterates from attempting to join; as much as I loathe the term.
What we see as acceptable is -
2 Paragraphs or more per post.
Don't be lazy, I know that's really hard for someone like you, spending your life on Feralheart all day, but at least try.
Interesting posts, being able to find something for your character to do even if they are stuck doing 'nothing'.
Being able to post fast, and not take over 30 minutes typing.
Having the ability to convey your characters personality, and their own unique way of getting out of tight situations.
And lastly, don't let your own personality hold your characters back from their true potential.. I see this way too often.
